Poetry Share!

Dear Parents,

      Today, we had a poetry share since we have studied poems for so long. We made poetry books. At the poetry share, we all lined up in line order at the side of the room. Some kids volunteered to explain what type of poem is which. Then we all shared 2 poems, one at a time. There were a lot of different themes. After we all shared a couple poems, we went back to our tables. All the parents and the kids looked at other poetry books and left comments. I loved doing the poetry share!

Tuesday in music class I had the privilege of watching my talented third graders perform! I was amazed by their talent! Here's a few pictures of their performance! Some people wore poodle skirts and others had different kind of a old type style.
