Stu for student council

For this trimester 3 people ran for student council. But there can only be 2 though😭Stu, Quin and Gauri. Stu said "if you vote for me I will shave MU into the back of my head".  He said that because he is an Illinois fan. Stu and Quin won the election.  The first student council meeting is later this month.

Fish

We have 6 fish in our class room. The red one is named Chill, 3 Yellow fish and 3 Green fish none of the Green and Yellow fish have names.

We just started writing in our handwriting books yesterday! We wrote in our handwriting books yesterday after Read aloud and silent reading time.The handwriting books even taught us how to hold a pencil while you are writing in your handwriting book!

Today we started a new read aloud called "Calendar Club and the Back to School Burglar" written by Nancy Star.  Casey, Loen and Dotty are trying to find the bugler who stole the prizes, the lollipop tree and the whip cream pies.

The Ned Show

Today we had an outdoor assembly and our guest speaker was Ned. Ned taught us to be a champion! Here's how to be a champion at school or home: Never give up, Encourage others, Do your best! Along with the message to be a champion, there was a yo-yo demonstration! Here are a few pictures!

Terrific Thursday!

Today each table group worked cooperatively to build a marshmallow tower! Everyone worked together as a team and was successful!
